Refund & Return Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at HAPISU.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process you refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 7 to 14 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. All postage cost will be borne by the customer.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We will proceed with your order as soon as we receive the complete payment transaction and order details of your purchases. You items will arrive at your doorstep within 2-7 WORKING days, this is inclusive of time for us to pack, prepare and ship out your items. You will receive your tracking number via email once your parcel been shipped out.

I can’t track my order on courier tracking page. What I need to do?

If you are unable to track your package on the courier tracking page, your parcel might have just been handover to our respective courier partner. The tracking information with our logistic partners will be available within 24 hours after shipping

Please contact us at sales@certosolution.com with your order number and the item’s details if you are still unable to track your parcel by the following business days after item has been shipped out. We will assist you to resolve the issue with immediate action

What shipping options does HAPISU offer?

We choose POSLAJU as our main courier company due to their best track record in logistics management. However, if customer experience any bad experience with our official appointed courier company, HAPISU is willing to use your suggestion on alternative courier companies.

What are the shipping fees/rates?

We provide free shipping for any purchase above RM 99 and any purchase below RM 99 will be charged shipping fee based on country and zone.

I received an incomplete order, what should I do?

Please notify us immediately so we can assist you promptly. We will push to deliver it to you as soon as possible without any charges incur. You can reach us through our whatsapp +6019-200 8177 during weekday from 9.00am to 6.00 pm.
